Cartel Damage

Cartel Damage

Most of the competition cases we finance are claims for damages that follow a ruling by the European Commission or ACM in which it has been established that there is a cartel, a group of companies that have agreed on prices instead of competing with each other.

Injured parties, usually the direct or indirect purchasers of the parties that together formed a cartel, are increasingly suing for cartel damage because they want to be compensated for losses suffered.

Many claims for damages have already been filed with Dutch courts, including in response to the elevator cartel, the paraffin wax cartel, the steel cartel, the air freight cartel, the sodium chlorate cartel and the truck cartel.

If you believe you have been a victim of a cartel, please contact us via this website.
