  • for making payments;
  • For a file acceptance examination;

  • To keep applicants informed of our job openings;

Liesker Litigation Funding processes the above personal data on the following legal bases:

  • the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which an applicant becomes a party;
  • the processing is necessary for the protection of the legitimate interests of Liesker Litigation Funding or a third party; and
